Every service fee you pay
should correspond to visible exposure results.
We agree on targets and measurement before starting, then check daily records. If a result does not meet the billing conditions, its fee is zero.
That keyword incurs no charge for that day. Each keyword and qualifying day is counted separately.
Performance within the baseline incurs no charge. We observe for one month first, then charge only for mentions and citations above that baseline.
SEO measures daily rankings for agreed keywords. AI measures mentions and citations above the average baseline. Only qualifying results generate fees, making your budget easier to plan and helping avoid wasted spending.

An agreed keyword must reach Google’s organic top 10 before its daily fee applies.
No separate upfront service fee
Website setup, content and SEO execution are included. The monthly fee is the total number of qualifying keyword-days × US$2.
US$1 / incremental point
We observe for one month to establish an average baseline, then track results daily. Only the improvement above that baseline is billable.
Mentions and citations count separately
A brand mention is 1 point and a content citation is 1 point. Both in one answer count as 2 points (US$2), subject to the baseline deduction.
We track results and calculate fees for each service separately. When you use both, multiply their combined fee by 70%. You can also choose either service on its own.
Example: US$600 for SEO plus US$100 for AI visibility totals US$700. With both services, the final fee is US$490. This is an illustration; actual fees depend on recorded results.
Both services follow the same process: agree on your brand and goals, then let us independently build and maintain the website.
We confirm your services, markets and ideal customers, choose SEO, AI or both, and agree on targets, observation conditions and contract length.
Procrustes builds a separate website for the collaboration and takes responsibility for its planning, content and ongoing optimization, with clear brand and contact information.

We first check whether your customers use search or AI to find answers and compare services, and whether you can serve those needs. Timing depends on your industry, competition, starting point and goals. We cannot promise that every keyword will qualify at once or that your brand will appear in every AI answer.
SEO fees depend on recorded top-10 rankings. AI starts with a one-month observation period, then bills improvement above the average baseline. Procrustes is responsible for marketing exposure. What happens afterward depends on your product, brand appeal and ability to handle inquiries and close sales.
Yes, you can start without a website. For both SEO and AI visibility, Procrustes independently builds and manages a collaboration website. You provide accurate brand, service and contact information. Editing your existing site is outside this plan; mention any such needs when we talk.
We agree on at least 20 target keywords before starting. You may add keywords during the contract, but cannot remove them. Execution and billing for additions must be agreed first. Review the complete list and potential total fees before starting.
If an SEO keyword falls outside the top 10, billing for that keyword stops for the non-qualifying period. Other qualifying keywords are still billed as agreed. AI fees apply only to improvement above the average baseline; performance within it is not billed.
Both SEO and AI visibility offer three-year or five-year terms, with the same ownership and end-of-term rules.
Three-year term
The contract runs for three years. Renewal is required to continue, and you may renew for either three or five years under the same rules.
If you do not renew, content built by Procrustes remains its property and may be handled at its discretion. It is not transferred to you at the end of a three-year term.
Five-year term
At the end of five years, all content built by Procrustes during the collaboration is handed over to you. You can then maintain it yourself.
If you continue working with Procrustes, renewal offers at least 50% off service fees, with the specific renewed fee agreed separately.
Yes. Procrustes places no restrictions on your other marketing activities. You may work with any agency and build your own websites and content. We independently build and manage the collaboration website without interfering with your other activities.
Procrustes has full responsibility for the planning, content and operating strategy of the websites it builds. You may request changes where content could harm your brand image or is controversial. Other operating decisions remain with Procrustes.
This arrangement applies only to the collaboration websites Procrustes builds and runs. It does not limit your own website, content or other marketing partnerships.
All you need is a product and business model you are confident in. Leave the website, content and organic visibility work to Procrustes.
