Why is AI not mentioning my brand?
One answer without your brand does not tell you much. What matters is how often it appears. There are many AI platforms, each with its own tendencies, so long-term tracking is the first step.
Is your brand visible enough in the first place?
Write questions the way real customers would ask them, including their needs, location and constraints. If your brand does not offer a relevant service, more exposure to that question is unlikely to help those customers.
Next, check whether your brand name, service area, products and contact details are easy to find, and whether important website content can be read normally. If other public sources say something different, identify those sources and how to update them.
Improvement starts with long-term tracking
Use any method you like to record the platform, prompt version, date, language and answer. Over time, you will have a meaningful pattern to analyze instead of treating one query as a complete assessment.
If this process feels cumbersome, use a tracking tool. Tools such as Marketing Cat can offer a longer-term solution.
